I am highly disappointed with Rarewaves Imports!I have made a purchase online through Amazon, on the shipping terms and conditions it is stated that a customer can select the shipping method in the check out stage before the payment. It also states All items are shipped by 1st Class Airmail within 24 hours of Purchase Monday to Friday.After receiving the purchase confirmation i was told that my parcel was sent via Standard international Mail via Royal Mail and that no tracking number can be provided!I think this is highly unprofessional as surely the buyer should have a say and option as to what shipping method should be used!

Great company with excellent customer service. Totally reliable and products always arrive. Have used them often and never let me down.

First time that I used Rarewaves. I ordered a new blu-ray, which normally are always sealed. The blu-ray I received was not sealed giving me the impression (whether true or not) I payed 'new' money for a second hand product. So I was a bit disappointed.

Ordered the item and it never showed up... However, after contacting the online service they were able to solve the issue and send out a replacement item. recomended :)

I received a Buffy Ste Marie CD, with lyrics included, from Rarewaves (-which was overseas) in 2.5 weeks and I love that it was in a small brown heavy paper envelope that fit through my mail slot. There was no distributor here in Canada and so I am grateful to Rarewaves for handling my order.

I am still waiting for my package. They didn't gave me a tracking number. To see when it's arrive and sent back to them to get a refund.

I order an item from them by Amazon.com and I bought the wrong item. The order number is# 112-0980330-3488216, The title of the Tv classic Banacek season 1 DVD. But the DVDS is Dobly PAL. And, my DVD player will not work and I stuck my rating.I am going to print out every email and post on Facebook page. To let everyone know how being treated in Amazon.com. Yesterday I have to re-order same title that takes my dvd player. I have some idea where the DvD I am complaint about. They put it where sun shine..If Amazon.com want me to change my opinion or the rating here. I want my money back. Because I print out the return label. I am sending it back to Rarewave.com. They're located at 10100 W Sample Road, Suite 101, Coral Springs, Florida 33065.They said from UK. That's all crap. ?

We have been very impressed with the customer service of this company. Sophie has been extremely helpful and efficient in rectifying a problem. I ordered Codenames Duo for a friend who is very unwell. It arrived in a damaged condition, but when I notified the company of the issue they ensured it was replaced promptly. I have been very impressed with Rarewaves and would use them again.

Delivery was very slow with the order arriving 10 days later, although I am not sure if this was Royal Mail's fault or not. Customer service was attentive though and offered to send a replacement if my order didn't arrived within the next few days.Overall the price was good and the item did arrive in good condition so I would order again.

Great stock of a variety of vinyls that were not available elsewhere and very good pricing too!Would recommend to search here for something missing from your collection.Would be 5 stars but the delivery hasn't been ideal in the 2 orders I have made with a friend also experiencing the same. Orders were placed and waited 7 business days as it can take 3-5 but no arrival.Contacted customer support both times each with a replacement being shipped and delivered 24-48hrs after.Customer support is excellent though and resolves matters quickly


I ordered a dvd which was despatched but went awol in the post. I contacted rarewaves using the online contact form and they very quickly emailed me to advise me a replacement had been sent and it arrived the next day. I am very happy with the service I received.
